All orders are posted may require a signature.
Most of our products are handmade to order, and can take 7-14 days to make and ship. During peak times this may be elongated, but this information will be in the item description.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, we are responsible and will offer a full refund or replacement once proof has been provided.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you.
If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage.. Although we take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.
Unfortunately custom made or personalised items cannot be returned and refunded. If there is an issue with your order please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this.
All orders are posted by Royal Mail second class service (unless you have chosen an alternative postage service at checkout) and may require a signature.
If you would like to refund an order the buyer will need to pay return postage and send the item/s within 14 days of notifying us of your refund request. The refund will be processed when the items have been received and deemed they are not damaged or altered in any way.
We may accept exchanges to the same value of your original order.
